What is an Expert License?
The Expert license user has full control of the session:
• Starts and manages the meeting
• Interacts with 3D models in real time (rotate, zoom, explore)
• Guides the patient step by step through the diagnosis, treatment plan and expected outcomes.
What is a Viewer License?
The Viewer license user joins the session locally and effortlessly:
• Observes the clinician’s explanations in real time
• Experiences an intuitive and immersive 3D visualization
• Focuses entirely on understanding, without the complexity of tools.
What are the differences between Clinic and Pro Packs?
The Clinic Pack is designed to enhance communication inside the dental clinic, transforming the way clinicians explain treatments and patients understand their care journey. With this pack, clinicians can create immersive, face-to-face experiences directly in the clinic using HoloDentist’s holographic technology. Real patient-specific 3D data—such as scans, digital models and treatment plans—are visualized in a clear, engaging and easy-to-understand way, helping patients truly see and understand their oral condition and the proposed treatment. The Clinic Pack includes 1 Expert license and 1 Viewer license.
The Pro Pack is designed for clinics and professionals who want to take collaboration and digital workflows to the next level. It expands the in-clinic experience by enabling real-time interaction between multiple experts, both locally and remotely. With the Pro Pack, a primary clinician can involve a second Expert user during a session, either in the same location or remotely. This makes it possible to collaborate live with a colleague or a dental lab technician, reviewing patient-specific 3D data, digital planning and CAD models together in an immersive and intuitive way. The Pro Pack includes 2 Expert licenses and 1 Viewer license.
I already have a XR device, can I use HoloDentist on it?
Most likely, yes. We support a diverse range of devices, from Meta Quest 3/3S/Pro to Pico 4, MagicLeap, and others. Upon license purchase, you will be able to use our app on your device.
During the purchase, be sure to double-check that your device is among the ones supported. Our team will help you clear all your doubts!
I do not have any device, what are my options?
Don’t have the right hardware to run HoloDentist? No worries, we take care of everything.
We have two options for you:
- The Clinic Kit combines the full power of the Clinic Pack with 2 Meta Quest 3S headsets, so you can start using HoloDentist immediately, without additional setup or investment. Just put on the headsets and focus on what matters most: clear communication, confident patients, and better treatment acceptance.
- The Pro Kit delivers a fully integrated solution by combining the power of the Pro Pack with 3 Meta Quest 3S headsets, so clinicians and lab technicians can collaborate instantly—locally or remotely—without worrying about setup or additional investments. Just connect, visualize, and collaborate in real time.
Is HoloDentist available in every country?
Yes. HoloDentist is available in every country and also allows cross-country communication if needed.
